Add rtl support for Arabic, Aramaic, Hebrew and the likes.

This would be a match for notepad++, however, I cannot find any option to align my text to the right border, which is especially annoying when working with classical Semitic containing breathings.
There seems to be a bug in the registration process as well. I tried to register this program at least a dozen times, however, there is no sign whatsoever for the program being activated. I still got the 30 days limitation showing.
I'm working with DELL inspiron 1520 and Vista Home SP2.
